Men yosh va qari sevadigan Uyg'ur samsa xamirining nozik tomonlarini baham ko'raman.
Un 500 g
Yog ' 250 g
Tuxum 2 dona
Smetana 20-25% 100 gr
50 ml + sho'r suv
120 gramm margarin orasiga yoyib chiqing
Biz kamirni xamirlaymiz, uni 2 qismga ajratamiz va 20 daqiqaga qoldiramiz. Buning siri shundaki, u kraxmalli, shuning uchun samsaning burmalari ochilib, chiroyli bo'lib chiqadi, biz ularning orasiga kraxmal qo'yishimiz kerak.
